Silhouettes

I loooooove silhouette art. When my dad and uncle were little kids my grandma made some of the two of them, and I thought they were the coolest things ever.

Since I don't have any actual children to make my own little silhouettes of yet, I decided to make some of Bitty Kitty and Shmoopie. A little black cardstock, some fun yellow paper (found at Paper Zone), and voila!





I've actually been seeing these pop up on design/craft blogs a lot lately, and it makes me endlessly happy. I love that people are venturing outside of the traditional black + white box.
